WORCESTER, Mass. —
A toddler was taken to a hospital Tuesday after falling from a second-floor window in Worcester, police said.
Officers were dispatched to Pilgrim Avenue at about 9:24 a.m. after a 2-year-old girl fell from a second-story window.

Police said the girl fell to the ground after pushing a fan from the second-story window.
The child was conscious and alert when officers arrived on the scene, police said.
The child was rushed to a local hospital, where her condition is unknown.
The incident is ongoing.
